Connect the Telegram bot to the web review layer.
The old product flow generates a one-time code in the web app, then the doctor sends that code to Portfolio Guru on Telegram. The bot link is what makes later dashboard rows, usage counts, and filing status meaningful.

Capture happens through the bot first. The web surface supports linking, review, visibility, evidence health, and future export or portfolio handoff. It does not pretend that the rebuilt Next.js site already stores evidence, imports from Kaizen, or files to risr.
