Messaging-first portfolio assistant

Portfolio Guru

Send rough cases, voice notes, teaching, feedback, or workplace evidence from the channels you already use. Portfolio Guru turns them into cleaner portfolio drafts you can review before they become WPBAs, reflections, appraisal notes, CESR evidence, or supervisor summaries.

Current product DNA

The product is not a web inbox. The web supports the portfolio assistant.

The existing Portfolio Guru idea is strongest when doctors can send rough material from Telegram or WhatsApp-style workflows, get a draft back, review it, and then use the web layer for visibility, evidence health, summaries, exports, and safe handoff. ARCP is a major buying trigger, but the product should still support CESR, SAS and LED doctors, appraisal, teaching, QI, leadership, procedures, and career progression.

Workflow

Evidence in, portfolio clarity out.

This is the core loop future agents should build towards. The browser prototype is only a way to test the shape; it should not replace the messaging-led Portfolio Guru product.

Step 1

Send the rough material

Text, voice note, photo, or document. The input can be messy because the first job is capture, not polish.

Step 2

Draft the portfolio entry

Shape the material into reviewable wording for WPBA, reflection, teaching, QI, feedback, appraisal, or CESR evidence.

Step 3

Doctor reviews before use

Keep accuracy, confidentiality, tone, and final wording clearly owned by the doctor before anything is saved or shared.

Step 4

Save, export, or hand off

The rebuilt product should support dashboard review, evidence health, summaries, exports, and tested Kaizen/risr handoff routes.

Expected outputs

What the first real module should produce

Messaging-led capture for recent workplace activity

Reflection drafts from rough notes

Curriculum, CESR, appraisal, QI, teaching, and leadership mapping prompts

Evidence gap list with review priority

Supervisor, appraiser, or reviewer-ready summary packs

WhatsApp or Telegram follow-up nudges

Safety boundary

Admin support, not ghost-written professionalism.

Portfolio Guru should not invent evidence.

Doctors remain responsible for accuracy, tone, confidentiality, and final wording.

Kaizen/risr filing or import should not be presented as live in the new site until rebuilt and tested.

Private preview

Help shape the first Portfolio Guru workflow.

The public page should explain the existing Portfolio Guru direction clearly. Real access should still open in small batches while messaging capture, draft generation, evidence health checks, exports, and portfolio handoff routes are rebuilt properly.

The long-term direction is web for discovery and trust, with personalised portfolio support moving into the channels doctors already use.
